The press-service of the NGO “Zakarpattya Community” reported that defenders of the Donetsk airport in the video appealed to ATO combatants with a call to undergo a medical examination and health improvement they are entitled to. Human rights activists believe that this video will attract the attention of the military personnel across Ukraine to their own health.
Lawyers say that they are intended to improve the level of security and receiving the guaranteed preferential medical services to ATO combatants and members of their families in the cities of Uzhgorod, Chernihiv and Cherkasy. For this purpose, they are conducting the information campaign.
Within the project, the organizers published social video, in which the defenders of the Donetsk airport turn to the fellow veteran community to improve their health via medical examination and access to health services guaranteed by the state.
According to the organizers, the main idea of the video is available information about the need of improving health.
Heroes of the video are three cyborgs, defenders of the Donetsk airport. Footage from the scene of the fighting that used in the video is a real video recorded by the combatants themselves.
"Your health is the most important value for your family. Know your rights and teach them to use your counterparts", said in social advertising focused on ATO participants and their families.
The implementation of the mini-project "Accessibility of medical services to ATO participants and members of their families" is carried out by the NGO "Cherkasy Human Rights Centre" in partnership with the NGO "МАRT", the NGO " Zakarpattya Community" in the framework of the project "Active public actions to overcome the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine", which is implemented by the Public Union "Educational Human Rights House in Chernihiv" with the support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
