ATO combatants in Bilozerka got convinced that legal information helps with job search

Bilozerka Law Community Center provides legal aid to unemployed ATO combatants.

At the beginning of December a legal seminar for the former soldiers was held in Bilozerka job center. The lawyer of Bilozerka Law Community Center Lyudmyla Zagorovska acquainted ATO participants with their rights in the field of labor relations and also focused their attention on social guarantees the state provides to persons who have the ATO combatant status.

Most of all the guys were interested in preferential journeys by suburban transport. In particular, you can easily buy a discount ticket for a journey from Kherson to villages in cash desks of the station, but the same journey in the opposite direction provokes disputes with drivers. Another problematic issue is related to receiving the land plots of different function. Some village councils have no reserve lands. Some of soldiers for the first time heard about resort treatment. Also they asked the lawyer to explain the difference between an employment contract and a civil law contract.

The head of the Center Ella Petrenko told participants of the seminar about opportunities of Legal Space web portal where they can receive legal advice online and also learn about methods of solution of legal problems.

The seminar for ATO combatants was held within joint activity of the job center and Bilozerka Law Community Center.
