The large-scale project aimed at promoting legal protection of citizens forced to leave the occupied and dangerous territories is being implemented In Ukraine. It will work in 20 regions of Ukraine, including Volyn.
Within the project displaced persons from occupied territories and ATO zone will be informed on their rights, tools of human rights protection and accessibility of legal services.
What kind of help is provided
Qualified lawyers provide full free legal and consulting support, legal advice, including national and international judicial instances, on legal issues relating to the IDP status, receiving social guarantees and benefits, employment, renewal of the property rights and documents, compensations for the property damaged or lost as a result of military operations, etc.

To receive free legal aid and other information concerning the IDP status displaced persons in Volyn region can address the following organizations:

The project is implemented by the Danish Refugee Council in partnership with All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation "The Right for Protection" and UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).
