In November lawyers of the All-Ukrainian Charity Foundation "GORENIE" provided 9823 free consultations to internally displaced persons. The aid was rendered in five regions: Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Poltava, Zakarpattya and on the liberated territory of Donetsk region.

Since the beginning of November in Slovyansk, Artemivsk, Kramatorsk, Chervonyi Lyman, Konstantynivka and Druzhkova psychotherapeutic groups that hold weekly events for adults and children are organized. Groups work has two streams: art therapy and edutaining classes.

The woman with disability lost a lot of important documents, money and personal belongings in the train. The young mother who alone raises two children could not suffer poverty any more. In Chop Law Community Center the Roma women received both free legal aid and moral support.

Lawyers from Rivne region managed to get the verdict of not guilty for a group of Roma women who were accused upon five Articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. They proved that provocation from policemen took place; therefore, the evidence obtained this way was inadmissible.

Within civil society advocacy campaign for elimination of legislative disagreements in issuing identity documents to members of Roma minority that started in October, 2015 employees of CF “Rozvytok” developed social advertizing to draw attention of citizens and especially authorities to problems of Roma who have no identity documents. Since December 9, 2015 advertizing is placed in three cities of Zakarpattya area: Mukachevo, Uzhgorod and Svalyava.

Next year the system of providing free legal aid will be expanded and will receive functions of judicial authorities at local level. The Minister of Justice of Ukraine Pavlo Petrenko reported about it on December 21, 2015 during visit to the First Kyiv Center for providing free secondary legal aid.
