Director of Coordinating center for legal aid providing will be elected on a competitive basis

The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine will hold a competition for the position of Director of the Coordinating center for legal aid providing. This was announced on April 24 by the Minister of Justice Pavlo Petrenko during a briefing at the Ukrainian crisis media center, said in the press center of the Coordinating center for legal aid providing.

 

CSOs joined forces to reduce court fee in cases of access to public information

Ukrainian CSOs will direct their efforts to reduce the financial barriers to filing lawsuits in cases of access to public information.
