Participants define areas of organizational development of the Network
Work on the strategic plan of Law Community Center Network proceeded on January 29. Heads of 24 public organizations that entered the Network gathered to develop unified standards of providing free primary legal aid, tools of result assessment.
At first the head of the Center in Bila Tserkva Olga Nastina and the head of the Center in Lviv Zoriana Christina presented "The Wish Tree". The head of IRC "Legal Space" Natalya Bimbirayte and the coordinator Anna Martyniuk presented communication strategy, specified target groups of the Network and criteria for the updated base of visitor registration.
Further the skillful facilitator Alyona Gorova, the trainer of the Institute for Peace and Common Ground, encouraged the Network members to define key characteristics of their capacities, formulate the statement of success in each of the areas of organizational development.
As a result participants managed to structure visions of development of the Network, to define the priority areas of work, to develop success evaluation indicators for the Network and each public member organization. Introduction of the elaborated strategies will provide the considerable increase of efficiency of the Network. Thus, even more needy people will get access to free legal aid, will be able to assert their rights by legal methods.
